​​Michael Kirschling, Founder, Investment Advisor Representative
​Michael Kirschling is a UW-La Crosse graduate whose passion is working with clients to tailor fit strategies to their individual needs. He took the training and experience he received from his beginnings at Northwestern Mutual in 2012 and moved into the independent space immediately after. He has his life, accident and health licenses as well as a plethora of experience placing annuities for his clients when it is the best fit for them. 
 
Michael especially enjoys informing clients about the benefits of using life insurance or annuities for retirement planning. When it comes to life insurance, people do not understand how well the right policy can be utilized in the proper circumstances as an engine that creates tax-free income in retirement.
 
When Michael is not helping clients achieve their goals, he enjoys spending time with his family. When he is not doing either of those things, you can find him volunteering with his Rotary club, giving his time as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, golfing or competing in either a marathon, a triathlon or a Master’s swim meet.

Paul L. Goenner, Founder, Investment Advisor Representative
Paul thinks of himself as a financial architect. When you’re building your dream house, you need someone to mold and craft your ideas into a plan that is methodically and structurally sound that satisfies your needs and wants and, at the same time, meets building codes and requirements.
 
Building a financial plan works the same way. For the last 22+ years, Paul has been that financial architect that listens to your goals and objectives, and then crafts and develops a reliable plan using modern financial concepts within regulatory guidelines that navigate you through the special time in your life called retirement.
 
In addition to the development, Paul also monitors your plan and provides guidance for needed adjustments caused by evolving and changing lives. His goal as a financial architect is for you to reach your retirement destination and be confident in your financial future.
 
When he’s not in the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his six grandchildren, watching them grow and learn. He also enjoys hunting and fishing when he has the opportunity. He devotes time to his church’s Cemetery Board and serves on the local Township Board as Treasurer.
